    A leak only qualifies as Verified when two unrelated contacts — ideally from different tiers (Foxconn + TSMC, or TSMC + Cupertino) — corroborate the same claim within a 72-hour window. Single-source items are tagged Leaked, never Verified.

    Calibrated against 18 years of cadence.

    We cross-reference every supply-chain signal against the historical iPhone release cycle — from the original June 2007 debut through iPhone 16 — to flag anomalies. If a leak breaks cadence, we say so on the page.
